| Summary, etc. | RésuméIl s’agit de situer le lien entre le deuil réactionnel à la perte d’objet et son destin de somatisation, sur le fondement de la clinique et avec les ressources de la métapsychologie freudienne. Ce qui se dessine est le processus d’" incorporation " de la perte et les réaménagements du rapport de la libido du moi et de la libido d’objet dans la conjoncture traumatique. Mélancolisation arrêtée sur le corps, grâce au " rapatriement du fantasme " en ses effets auto-érotiques, comme on le voit dans les manifestations hypocondriaques dans le corps blessé. Cela permet enfin de prendre en compte les effets désintricateurs " physiques " du trauma, entre pulsion de vie et pulsion de mort. Ces perspectives ouvrent la voie d’une clinique du corps en sa fonction inconsciente, en sa dimension pulsionnelle. |

Melancholisierung, auf der Ebene des Körpers aufgehalten dank der Rück-Einverleibung der Phantasie in ihren auto-erotischen Wirkungen, wie man es an den hypochondrischen Anzeichen im verletzten Körper sehen kann. Dies erlaubt schlieެich die Berücksichtigung der entmischenden " physischen " Effekte des Traumas, zwischen Lebens- und Todestrieb.
