Die geistige Funktionsweise der somatisierenden Patienten und ihre Schwierigkeiten mit der freien Assoziation bringen den Analytiker dazu, einer Begleitung in die Assoziativität zu schaffen, was die psychosomatische Methode derjenigen der Sprechstunde mit Kind und Eltern gleichzeitig annähert. Die Kommentare zum Fall Gilbert setzen die somatische Krise in Verbindung zum Mangel an Vorstellung und zur Affektverdrängung sowie zu den bei der Identifikation mit dem väterlichen Über-Ich und bei der Drittheit liegenden Schwachstellen. |
