| Summary, etc. | Les troubles de la symbolisation dans la psychose témoignent d’une phobie du fonctionnement mental et d’une sexualisation de la pensée. Si l’angoisse suscitée par la menace d’un objet intrusif trouve une solution dans l’hallucination et le délire, ceux-ci provoquent en retour le risque de déborder le patient psychotique qui peut alors trouver dans les altérations du langage une guérison plus tolérable. La reconnaissance et l’acceptation par l’analyste des enjeux existentiels de cette utilisation du langage permet de passer d’un agir de parole à une capacité de rêver, de fantasmer et de penser. |

If the anxiety triggered by the threat of an intrusive object finds an outlet in hallucination and delusion, these generate in turn a risk of overwhelming the psychotic patient, who can then find a more tolerable cure in the distortions of language. By recognising and accepting the existential issues of this use of language, the analyst allows the transition from acting out in speech to a capacity to dream, fantasise and think. |

Wenn die durch die Bedrohung eines intrusiven Objekts hervorgerufene Angst eine Lösung in Halluzination und Wahnvorstellung findet, so bringen diese wiederum das Risiko mit sich, den psychotischen Patienten zu überschwemmen, der dann in einer veränderten Sprache eine tolerierbarere Heilung finden kann. Die Anerkennung und Akzeptanz des existenziellen Einsatzes dieses Gebrauchs der Sprache durch den Analytiker ermöglichen es, von einem Agieren im Sprechen zu der Fähigkeit zu träumen, zu phantasieren und zu denken zu gelangen. |
