Cette découverte freudienne coexiste avec de la vision interprétative qui fait du rêve, au début de la pensée freudienne, l’accomplissement hallucinatoire d’un désir inconscient. La contribution majeure de M. Fain concernant la place du rêve dans l’économie psychique nous a amené à supposer que le rêve a également comme mission d’essayer de représenter le corps, en transformant, tout au long du sommeil, la sensorialité corporelle en représentation psychique. |

Michel Fain’s major contribution concerning the place of the dream in the psychic economy led us to suppose that the dream also has the mission of trying to represent the body, by transforming, throughout sleep, bodily sensoriality into psychic representation. |
