Cet article examine les conditions favorisant l’émergence de moments de mutation et d’insight, en respectant les rythmes de l’enfant et de sa famille. Il montre également comment le traitement d’un enfant autiste amène à réfléchir sur l’exigence de conflictualité énonciative de la parole interprétative, et comment la mise à l’écart de l’affect peut paradoxalement constituer une condition nécessaire à l’identification au patient. Il souligne enfin combien l’émergence d’un mouvement authentiquement symbolique peut dépendre d’éléments du setting que l’on aurait autrement jugé anodins, aussi bien que de contre-agirs mineurs de l’analyste. |

| Summary, etc. | Analytic work with an autistic child faces us with insistent phenomena of repetition which are a challenge for therapeutic creativity. This article examines the conditions that favour the emergence of moments of mutation and insight, while respecting the rhythms of the child and his family. It also shows how the treatment of an autistic child leads us to reflect on the requirement of conflictuality announcing interpretive speech, and how the exclusion of affect may paradoxically constitute a necessary condition for identification with the patient. It also emphasises how the emergence of an authentically symbolic movement may depend on elements of the setting that we would otherwise have considered as trivial, as well as minor instances of counter-acting out by the analyst. |

Questo articolo esamina le condizioni che favoriscono l’emergenza di momenti di mutazione e di insight, rispettando i ritmi del bambino e della sua famiglia. Mostra ugualmente come la cura di un bambino autistico porti a riflettere sull’esigenza di conflittualità enunciativa della parola interpretativa e come la messa da parte dell’affetto possa paradossalmente costituire una condizione necessaria all’identificazione al paziente. Sottolinea infine quanto l’emergenza di un moto autenticamente simbolico possa dipendere da elementi del setting che sarebbero stati insignificanti in altri contesti, cosi’ come dei contro-agiti minori dell’analista. |
