Esto ha afectado especialmente a Italia, que cuenta ahora con la población más envejecida de Europa. Este país ha experimentado tendencias naturales y migratorias únicas, así como factores causales únicos, lo que plantea cuatro preguntas : ¿cuál ha sido la dinámica demográfica específica de Italia ? ¿Sigue siendo pertinente la tradicional dicotomía entre el norte y el sur de Italia? ¿Cuáles son los elementos explicativos? ¿Qué perspectivas de futuro son posibles? La respuesta a estas preguntas arroja luz sobre los retos que aguardan a todo el continente europeo en las próximas décadas. |
