520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | During the activity of Pedopsychiatry liaison with the Maternal and Child Department, the author has verified the importance of an early management of clinical situations in which there is an alteration of the mood of the pregnant woman or an interactive disorder within the triad. In the ambulatory consultation activity, there are also frequent cases in which the “phantasmatic representations” of a parent, relating to the conflicts of his past status as a son, go to influence his relationships with his son, through the “affective interactions” with the son himself. Parental ghosts have effects on the psychic organization of the baby and change his interactive style even in a lasting way. The proposal supported here is that these psychic representations are already present during pregnancy and that, in particular with regard to the mother, they emerge thanks to “psychic transparency” and can therefore be processed with a psychotherapeutic path. This would therefore represent an essential work of prevention that should be encouraged through the specific training of operators and their presence in the structures dedicated to the care of pregnancy. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
