Es por lo tanto importante asegurarse que los consumidores las perciben bien como tales. Esta investigación utiliza las representaciones sociales para analizar la percepción de los consumidores de la Generación Y y proponer un marco de referencia para las empresas. Los resultados del análisis mediante del núcleo central de la teoría ponen de manifiesto la preponderancia de la noción de "novedad" y "tecnología y digital" en la representación y nos permiten proponer vías de reflexión y claves de análisis para las empresas. |
