| Summary, etc. | L’évolution du secteur des transports vers la mobilité durable est cruciale pour parvenir à réaliser les objectifs ambitieux fixés par le Green Deal et permettre à l’UE d’atteindre la neutralité carbone en 2050. Le Green Deal apparaît comme un instrument de l’accélération de l’écologisation de la mobilité qui a provoqué en la matière une onde de choc législative au niveau européen. Toutefois, au-delà du consensus sur l’urgence à agir et sur l’identification des actions nécessaires, un certain nombre de limites demeurent qu’il ne faut pas sous-estimer et qui peuvent faire douter de la pleine réalisation des objectifs fixés. |
