| Summary, etc. | Après l’arrêt de principe A et B c. Norvège rendu par la Cour de Strasbourg, la position de la Cour de Luxembourg sur l’application du principe non bis in idem était attendue. Si, dans les arrêts rendus le 20 mars 2018, la Cour de justice affiche une volonté de convergence avec la solution retenue à Strasbourg, en particulier sur la question de l’appréciation du critère du « bis », celle-ci n’est que partielle, la Cour remettant en cause la portée absolue de l’article 50 de la Charte et abaissant ainsi le degré de protection accordé à ce droit. |

| Summary, etc. | After the Strasbourg Court’s judgment in principle A and B against Norway, the position of the Luxembourg Court on the application of the principle of non bis in idem was expected.
