Le respect de leur intimité et l’acceptation de leur sexualité ne devraient pas être un problème, puisqu’il doit en être ainsi pour tous les citoyens. Mais les représentations sociales et les cultures professionnelles continuent de peser, alors que les évolutions de la société entraînent un besoin de reconnaissance. D’autre part, il existe des difficultés à garantir l’équilibre entre les droits des personnes et leur protection, notamment contre les violences. Cela conduit enfin à suivre l’évolution des textes juridiques, ainsi que les expérimentations en matière d’assistance sexuelle. |
