520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | ‘Surrealism’ and Romanticism in the German language. Freud writes using the German language. In France, Surrealism is both a forerunner and a subconscious, resonant ‘developer’ of psychoanalysis’s ‘Romantic’ heritage. Freud went no further than Goethe as far as the ‘level of language’ of German Classical-Romanticism is concerned. Freud’s Oedipus theory proves this with ‘scientific’ logic. Hölderlin, however, heralds the analysis of a more infinite, ‘unconscious’ Oedipus complex. |
