| Summary, etc. | L’occupation nazie de la France (1940-1944) s’est traduite par un double processus de colonisation par la musique germanique. D’abord par la venue régulière des artistes allemands dans des tournées de prestige organisées depuis Berlin par le IIIe Reich. Ensuite par la collaboration active des institutions musicales du régime du Maréchal Pétain avec les organismes de propagande des autorités nazies installées à Paris. La musique étant alors destinée à promouvoir le projet national-socialiste d’une « Europe nouvelle » sous l’égide du « peuple allemand musicien ». |
