At the end of the 2000s, the return of the mining appears as part of the solutions to face European industries’ vulnerability to “strategic metals” supplies. This statement comes with a promise of non-reproduction of past ecological errors, guaranteed by more “durable”, “responsible”, and even “green” mining.
