Individual intercultural skills within a multicultural team: An experimental study
Type de matériel :

Many failures in international organizations have been attributed to a lack of cross-cultural competence on the part of employees and managers. The actual literature not only looks for a consensual agreement on the definition of the concept of intercultural competence but also for methods on how to measure it, because it is indeed difficult to measure. The aim of this exploratory study is to contribute to research on individual intercultural competences, and to develop a better understanding of how to acquire these competences. Our study uses a mixed methodology based on quantitative and qualitative methods with cognitive mapping.
