Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2026. Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : This article examines the influence of the quality of leader – member exchange (LMX) and perceived organizational support (POS) on job satisfaction and intention to leave, incorporating the moderating role of locus of control (LOC) in the Guinean manufacturing sector. Adopting a quantitative hypothetico-deductive approach, the study is based on a sample of 236 employees from the manufacturing industry. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Hierarchical regression results reveal significant relationships between LMX and intention to leave, between POS and job satisfaction, and between satisfaction and intention to leave. Furthermore, LOC has a moderating effect on the relationships between LMX and intention to quit, between LMX and POS, and between POS and intention to leave. These results, discussed in the light of social exchange theory, offer important managerial insights for talent retention and the quality of relationships within organizations in the manufacturing sector.
