Seeking out professional skills is not the only objective of adults in education. They also place a high value on the process of reflection, as well as gaining a better understanding of their professional career. The “instigator” will indeed allow us to comprehend the challenges faced by adults in education, the benefits of online education (i.e. in encouraging reflection), and the essential synergy with a face-to-face course (structuring both reflection and memorization).
