The Andragogic Instigator. For a Better Comprehension of the Issues Involved in Adult Training and Online Training

This work focuses on what students in Bachelor Education Sciences called an “instigator” during a study we carried out on Vermersch’s method of clarification of action. Seeking out professional skills is not the only objective of adults in education. They also place a high value on the process of reflection, as well as gaining a better understanding of their professional career. The “instigator” will indeed allow us to comprehend the challenges faced by adults in education, the benefits of online education (i.e. in encouraging reflection), and the essential synergy with a face-to-face course (structuring both reflection and memorization).
