Quality and Structuring of the Tunisian Training System

With the MANFORME (Mise à Niveau de la Formation et de l’Emploi) program operational since 1996, the Tunisian training system has been experiencing a new phase of structuring and reflection on its global coherence. The paper studies the quantitative and qualitative changes to evolution of the Tunisian training system. It presents the difficulties of coordination in the private and public networks of training and determines how the collective construction of quality benchmarks improves the transparency of the training supply. Then, partnership relations between all actors of training guarantees the respect of diversity and specificity of training needs.
