The governance of family learning: Regulatory tools and standard approaches

With the development of the Family Learning movement in countries with widespread education, several states are revising their normative framework to better reflect this practice. The lack of satisfactory classification of Family Learning approaches has led to a review of scientific and legal literature on its regulations in more than thirty countries in every continent. The article presents the identified Family Learning regulatory tools, the pragmatic and operational classification created in six standard approaches: absence of interaction, support, intervision, control, prohibition and third powers. It combines recommendations formulated by the research.
