In addition, 174 recruiters were interviewed using a quantitative method, specifically, the vignette method. Different categories of young people were identified. The effects of the Garantie jeunes varied by category, both in terms of professional and social integration, and beneficiaries’ soft skills. For young people, the Garantie jeunes represents a transition, a springboard, or a pause.
