In a very competitive field, the strategic management of an NGO can be understood as a judicious articulation of its social mission and organizational resources. It must take into account the expectations of stakeholders and the constraints of a complex and changing environment in order to demonstrate its legitimacy through efficient and quality action. This proves the capacity for action of the organization, that is to say, its operational performance and longevity.
