The impact of “dysfunctional” leadership on subordinates’ counterproductive workplace behaviors: the case of poorly educated young people

This “dysfunctional” supervision is likely to generate subordinates’ lack of autonomy, stress and/or perceptions of injustice, which can then result in the adoption of deviant behaviors.
