Heuristic learning process of the entrepreneurship practitioner-researcher

This article describes the heuristic learning process of the researcher through the research-intervention methodology on a specific field of entrepreneurship: 16 managers-owners of microenterprises in the post-birth phase. We focused on the decision-making process of the entrepreneur, from the intention of actions to the behavior of the entrepreneur in the company. We highlight the richness of the results obtained through the research-intervention process.
