Par : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2013. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : We propose to explore, in an innovative work context, the perceived professional development of individuals working for an association specializing in the recruitment and integration of managers and technicians in the agricultural sector. These professionals were asked to set up a social experiment, i.e., design and implement a training course for students enrolled in advanced agricultural technician certificate program. Implementation of this experiment led to a standardization of practices that have changed the notion of “working together.” The number of collaborative practices and exchanges between employees increased. In the context of this disrupted professional routine, the adaptability of these employees is investigated. What effects did these changes have on how they perceive their professional development? Competence was an indicator of their professional development. Further, self-confrontation interviews were conducted with these professionals. Analysis of these interviews clarified the emergence of new forms of competence.
