La situation analytique, en modifiant l’équilibre des défenses du sujet, ne doit prendre que des risques calculés vis-à-vis d’un moindre mal, perspective qui situe l’« analysibilité » non pas en termes de capacité du sujet vis-à-vis d’un « ça parle », mais en fonction de la place relative des désirs inconscients de vie et de mort qui l’habitent. On évoquera ici l’évolution de la pratique analytique des psychotiques à partir de l’angle particulier de la théorisation qu’en propose Piera Aulagnier avant et après sa rupture avec Lacan.
