This research aims at identifying the characteristics of entrepreneurship skills possessed by female students under a hybrid learning environment in the beginning of the COVID-19 contingency. From a self-developed questionnaire about their perception on this topic, a statistical analysis of frequencies and linear correlation has been applied. Among the findings are that a quarter of the students want to initiate the generation of their own incomes, highlight their leadership skills, creativity, social responsibility and persistence, but at the same time they perceive themselves as weak in risk taking and time management.
