Destaca, a través de dos investigaciones empíricas en establecimientos sanitarios, la forma en que se agotan las dinámicas relacionales debido a la lejanía de la gerencia. Subraya que la calidad de vida en el trabajo es inseparable de las condiciones organizativas y manageriales que favorecen la existencia de espacios de diálogo sobre el trabajo, que son espacios para reconocer la dinámica del don inherente al trabajo. |
